Alderon (ADV:Tsx-V) has the option to earn a 100% interest in the Kami project by incurring $5 million in exploration expenditures on the property by November 2012 and issuing Altius a minimum of 31,778,081 shares of the company. Altius will also retain a 3% gross sales royalty on the project.
